2. How to control my information - Video transcription

This is the main page.
Now, you can go and edit your profile.
To do so, at the top centre, you click on «profile».
Under the «profile» button, you will have a «settings» button, which allows you to edit, and, to the right of this «settings» button there is a «help» button.
Along the left side of the screen you’ll see two different types of padlocks.
By clicking on «help» you will understand the meaning of each padlock.
An open padlock means you allow for this information to be accessed and used when you are on the internet.
Click on the lock to close it and prevent access to this information.
Where as a closed padlock means you want to protect this information from being reached or used when on the internet. 00:45 Click on the lock to open it.
Once you have understood what this means, click at the bottom of the pop up box in «I understand».
If you want to edit the protection status of your information, click on the settings button.
Then you can click on any of the locks on the left side to make changes.
Here, we will click on the emails padlock and change it to open.
You can now save your changes by clicking on the checkmark under the profile icon.
To go back to the home page, click on the left arrow at the top.
